Timing depends on the vehicle, symptoms, access, and whether the fault appears during the visit. We confirm the proposed scope before scheduling and explain when findings call for further testing. An intermittent issue may require additional assessment.

Diagnostic service is $175 plus applicable tax. A 35% deposit on the approved quote is required before we confirm scheduling. If findings lead to a repair, that work is quoted separately for your approval. A $75 credit applies toward the resulting repair approved and completed by DH Mobile Mechanics. The diagnostic credit is separate from your booking deposit. Existing agreed quote and payment terms are preserved.
